Returns and Exchanges
As loyal clients and customers, we thank you for shopping with Adair. We pride ourselves in our quality and service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the styles you have chosen, we will issue store credit or an exchange in store for products you wish to switch out. All SALE items, jewelry, and hosiery are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged! All items must be returned to us within 14 DAYS in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. A return label must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date and all items must be delivered back to Adair within 1 week of the return label being sent. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. The return shipping is at the expense of the customer and cost will not be refunded. Please include your order form in your return package. Online returns can only be processed Monday- Friday. If you live in the Charlotte area, feel free to bring your return to either of our stores. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive store credit via email. This can be used online or in either of our stores. DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, email info@adairstylestudio within the 14 day exchange period. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer online exchanges. If you would like to make and exchange, we recommend visiting one of our storefronts or purchasing a new item online and the going through the return process for the original item. HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Orders placed between November 29th and December 24th can be returned for store credit until January 14, 2019. ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS: • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Any signs of wear to the shoe will make them ineligible for return. MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS: We are human and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, let us know by emailing email@example.com with your invoice number. All reports must be made within 5 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item. LOST PACKAGES: USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. Adair is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Please file an insurance claim on USPS.gov. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: Should an item on the site be marked down after you have purchased, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the order date for a one-time price adjustment. Credit will be issued in the form of store credit. We’re sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order. RETURNING IN STORE PURCHASES If you make a purchase in store, then need to return it by shipping it please be sure to include the store receipt. Items returned from the store that do not have the tags attached will not be accepted.
