Returns and Exchanges


As loyal clients and customers, we thank you for shopping with Adair. We pride ourselves in our quality and service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the styles you have chosen, we will issue store credit or an  exchange in store for products you wish to switch out. All exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase and should be accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise must still have tags attached, in new condition- no alterations or signs of wear. If merchandise does show signs of wear, Adair has the right to refuse the transaction.


Online exchanges - please email to request a pre-paid return label. Request for label must be made with in 14 days of shipping date found on packing slip. The order number found on your confirmation email and packing slip will be required to issue a store credit valid online and instore. Shipping cost will not be refunded.


All SALE items, jewelry, and hosiery are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged!
